Q. I am not familiar with your industry and the service that you provide. What checks are there on your professionalism?

A. We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of regulated claims management services. Firm reference number 830901 and our registration is recorded on the website: register.fca.org.uk.

 

Q. What precisely does TTP-Financial do?

A. We review the advice in relation to the sale of Financial Services products and if we consider the advice to be inappropriate, act on behalf of our clients to secure compensation.

 

Q. Do you charge upfront fees?

A. None whatsoever. We pride ourselves on acting on a genuine ‘no win / no fee’ basis. Our fee being 25% plus VAT i.e. 30% inclusive of VAT, of any redress secured and accepted by clients.

 

Q. Why should I choose TTP?

A. Although we have now grown to the point where we actively advertise nationally, the business was originally built on referrals from professional introducers primarily Independent Financial Advisers.

There are no ‘hidden’ fees. We pride ourselves on being clear and concise in all our documentation.

We have a holistic approach. If you have been mis-sold one product, you may well have been mis-sold others. We provide a free audit of all your financial portfolio in order to ensure that no potentially mis-sold cases are overlooked.
